- 中文說明:本藏品為一木質圓盤，形若小型圓桌桌面，以紅線在圓面上畫八卦圖，共分三圈，內圈為太極，只用文字書寫，以太極為中心畫成八等分，中圈各格內畫八卦，圖像外圈每格內寫卦名、干支及星象，在坎卦格內用紅色畫二個人像，本件保存良好。
- 日文說明:木質の円盤、小机の円い面に似て、赤い線で円い面に八卦図を画き、内圏は太極、ただ文字で書いている。太極を中心にして八等分に画き、中圏の各格子に八卦を画き、図像の各格子内に卦の名、干支及び星象を書き、坎卦の格内に赤で二人の像を画いてある。
- 英文說明:Painted in red on this round, wooden piece is a Balashin or the Eight Diagrams in Chinese mythology. The characters tai chi in the middle are surrounded by the eight diagrams or the Balashin. In the outer circle are the names, Celestial Stems, and astrological phenomenon of each of the eight diagrams. Two human figures are painted in red within the diagram entitled kan (坎). This piece is well preserved.
