緙絲特展圖錄,頁42-43、98&*緙絲風華:宋代緙絲花鳥展圖錄,頁69-72&*國立故宮博物院緙絲,圖21&*淺藍地設色織。一對錦雞嬉戲在湖石之間,湖石旁種植了石榴、百合、蜀葵等各式花卉。色彩明麗,色系搭配和諧。錦雞成雙,石榴、百合、白頭翁皆有百年好合、白頭到老之意,用作婚禮慶賀最適宜。 此幅緙織精密,以「盤梭」的方法,在經線上進行交織線條,表現立體的效果,又運用戧色法,顏色的變化細膩豐富,另外在細微處如鳥爪與樹幹輪廓、鳥羽等,都用墨筆補色,捕捉鳥類特徵與其驕傲神態,極得畫意。&*Woven in colors against a light blue background is a pair of pheasants frolicking on and by decorative rocks, by which are pomegranate, lily, and hollyhock blossoms. The coloring is bright and the hues harmonious. A pair of pheasants along with the pomegranate, lily, and bulbul stand as a metaphor for “harmony for a hundred years” and “growing old together,” making this a suitable theme for congratulations on a marriage. The tapestry skill in this work is very refined, using the “coiled shuttle” method to express a volumetric effect in weaving the warp threads. Color propping was also used to make the variations in the colors exquisite and rich.
