石渠寶笈續編(乾清宮),第二冊,頁773-775&*故宮書畫錄(卷八),第四冊,頁118&*故宮書畫圖錄,第十三冊,頁23-24&* 張宗蒼(西元一六八六-一七五六年),字默存,號篁村,吳縣(江蘇蘇州)人。善畫山水,師黃鼎,是原來王原祁的再傳弟子。乾隆辛未(一七五一)入都,任內廷祇侯,後官至戶部主事。 石湖在吳縣西南二十里,湖山掩映,風景勝絕,是蘇州名勝之一。此幅是「姑蘇十六景」的一幅,畫行春橋、楞伽山、治平寺諸景。以淡青設色,表現雨過天青,湖水清澈,山巒明淨的感覺。 &*Snow Scene at Stone Lake Chang Tsung-ts’ang (1686-1756) Ch’ing Dynasty Chang Tsung-ts’ang was a native of what is now Soochow. He excelled at painting landscapes and was a student of Huang Ting and a disciple of Wang Yüan-ch’i. In 1751, he entered the capital and served in the inner court. Stone Lake is located 20 kilometers southwest of Soochow. The area is noted for the beautiful scenery of the hills and lake, being known as one of the scenic sites of Soochow. This is one leaf from the album “Sixteen Sites Around Soochow”, including the Hsing-ch’un Bridge, Mt. Leng-chia, and the Chih-p’ing Temple. Using light washes of blue and green, the artist has rendered the atmosphere of clearing after rain, as indicated by the calm lake surface and crystal clear hills.
