石渠寶笈續編(乾清宮),第二冊,頁534&*故宮書畫錄(卷八),第四冊,頁28&* 陸治(西元一四九六-一五七六年),吳縣(今江蘇蘇州)人。字叔平,號包山。好為詩及古文辭,善行楷,尤精通繪事,前人記載他書學祝允明、畫學文徵明,不過他取資甚廣,以融合倪瓚筆法及古人青綠設色見長。 層巖懸瀑,古寺倚崖,二人立於坡上對談。隔岸遠山與村舍隱現於淡淡雲煙中。畫幅右實左虛,筆墨蒼潤,設色雅淡,畫樹點葉和皴擦,草草似不經意,款署庚午(西元一五七0年),為七十五歲作品。 本幅為「明人畫扇-亨」冊第十三開。 &*Lu Chih, style name Shu-p’ing, sobriquet Pao-shan-tzu, was a native of Soochow, Kiangsu province. He excelled at poetry, classical prose, the semi-cur-sive script of calligraphy, and possessed a particularly keen understanding of painting. Past records record that he studied calligraphy with Chu Yün-ming (1460-1526) and painting with Wen Cheng-ming (1470-1559). However, his influences were extensive; he often combined the brush method of Ni Tsan with the ancient method of applying blue and green color. Set amidst layered mountains and a waterfall, old temples nestle under a cliff. Two figures stand on a bank in conversation. The mountain in the distance and the village houses are all enshrouded in light clouds and mist. Compositionally, the right side of the painting is crowded and the left side is sparse. The brushwork and ink is lush and fresh, and the application of color is elegant and light. The lines and texture strokes were executed in a seemingly carefree manner. According to an inscription, this work was executed in 1570, when Lu was seventy-five.
