- 石渠寶笈初編（養心殿），上冊，頁671&*故宮書畫錄（卷五），第三冊，頁538&*故宮書畫圖錄，第十冊，頁347-348&*王原祁自康熙九年（1670）取得進士，入朝為官。於三十年後（1700年前後），獲詔入內府鑑定書畫，康熙52年（1713）為《萬壽盛典》初集繪圖，是皇帝的文化顧問之一。王原祁被收入宮廷的作品不少，除一般款屬「王原祁」的作品之外，另有加署「臣王原祁恭畫」的作品數件，此為其中之一。這類簽署臣款的作品，都未有紀年。此件作品，著重中遠景的山體推移，藉層層山脈累加出遠闊的空間感，與前一作品〈秋山圖〉略有區別。此外，整體畫面籠罩在淺淡綠色調中，更由於大量的留白運用於山體底部，整而透析出一股潔淨、輕動的效果。這種畫面情調，可在許多臣字署款的王原祁作品中見得，一方面與王原祁晚年作風有關，另一方面或許也可推測是與宮廷流風相呼應。（陳韻如）&* 王原祁，江蘇太倉人（西元一六四二至一七一五）時敏之孫。字茂京，號麓臺，康熙庚戌進士，歷官少司農。畫由家學，遠邁時倫，為清四大家之一。 畫中前景是蓊鬱的樹林，掩映中有幾棟水榭房舍，一水中斜，貫穿整個畫面，小橋聯繫兩岸，引人步入村中。湖山深曠，曲折中頗令人興起清遠的感覺。 &* Wang Yűan-ch’i, tzu (style name) Mao-ching, hao (sobriquet) Lu-t’ai, a native of T’ai-ts’ang, Chiang-su province, was a grandson of the noted artist and collector Wang Shih-min. In 1670 he received his chin-shih degree and later served in several high official positions. Wang learned to paint from having grown up in the refined artistic atmosphere of his family, but his style surpassed from those of his contemporaries. He was included among the Four Great Master of the Ch’ing dynasty. In the foreground, verdant woods conceal a few houses by the river. The river flows diagonally across the painting leading the viewer into the village and a small bridge which links the riverbanks. The wide lake and deep mountains create a feeling of tranquil expanse. &* 王原祁（西元一六四二－一七一五年），江蘇太倉人，時敏之孫。字茂京，號麓臺，康熙九年進士，官至戶部侍郎。畫由家學，遠邁時倫，為清四大家之一。 畫中前景是蓊鬱的樹林，幾棟水榭房舍掩映其中，一水貫穿整個畫面，小橋連繫兩岸，引人步入村中。湖山深曠，曲折中令人興起幽靜清遠之感。 (20120103)&* Wang Yuanqi (style name Maojing, sobriquet Lutai), a native of Taicang, Jiangsu, was a grandson of Wang Shimin. A Presented Scholar of 1670, he served up to the post of Vice Minister of Revenue. Wang Yuanqi learned to paint in the artistic atmosphere of his family, with his style surpassing contemporaries so that he was included among the Four Qing Masters. In the foreground of this work, verdant woods conceal a few houses by the river, which flows diagonally across the composition and leads the viewer into the village with a small bridge linking the riverbanks. The wide lake and deep mountains create a feeling of pure and remote expanse that is also tranquil. (20120103)
