- 中文摘要:歌謠因產生於民間，透過口口相傳，足以反映民間的風俗人情，也即能表現民間的生活情趣，和民俗有很密切的關係，因此是研究民俗的最好材料。而透過歌謠中所表現的思想情感，亦可去探究當時的社會狀況。臺灣褒歌是臺灣民間歌謠中最具有代表性的一種歌謠，其最能表現出人民的生活狀況，內容豐富，可以說是生活的縮影，因此有「臺灣國風」之稱。深入探究臺灣褒歌的內容，可以了解其蘊含的文化內涵及民俗現象。 本論文以目前臺灣各縣市文化中心所出版的民間文學集中的歌謠為研究對象，其範圍包括宜蘭、臺北、桃園、苗栗、臺中、彰化、雲林、嘉義、臺南、澎湖等十個縣市，主要探討臺灣閩南語褒歌的社會文化內涵及民俗現象等。全文共分六章，第一章為緒論，說明研究動機與目的，研究範圍與方法、資料蒐集與處理及目前研究概況，並定義臺灣閩南語褒歌及探討臺灣閩南語褒歌的背景因素。第二章臺灣開發簡史與褒歌的采集整理，將臺灣開發的過程分為明鄭屯田時期、滿清領臺時期、滿清統治後期及日本統治時期四階段分別論述，在臺灣歌謠采集方面，可以看出日治時期及戰後均有豐碩的成果，並了解目前各縣市閩南語歌謠采集現況。第三章臺灣閩南語褒歌中的愛情與婚姻，將褒歌中的愛情世界分成愛慕階段、交往階段、情感生變三階段來深入探討，以了解褒歌中的愛情觀。另外從擇偶的條件、婚姻的成立、臺灣傳統婚禮習俗、特殊婚姻型態及婚姻生活內涵中，得以窺見臺灣傳統社會的婚姻觀。第四章臺灣閩南語褒歌中的社會生活，分別深入探討褒歌中的勞動生活、信仰生活、殖民生活及特殊行業等各方面的生活面向。第五章臺灣閩南語褒歌的民間文學特性與套語的運用，談到臺灣閩南語褒歌具有集體性、口傳性、傳承性、變異性等民間文學特質，並從目前所見的相似褒歌中，歸納整理出其套語與套句的運用。第六章結論，歸納出臺灣閩南語褒歌具有民俗、社會、語言、文學、教育等方面的價值。
- 英文摘要:Because the ballad evolves from the people, through a mouth according to legend, enough to reflect folk custom human feeling, can display the folk delight of life too, have very close relations with the folk custom, so it is the best material which studies the folk custom . And the thought emotion displayed in the ballad , can also go to probe into the social state at that time . It is one kind of most representative ballads in the folk ballad of Taiwan that Taiwan praises the song, its can demonstrate the people''s life state most, abundant in content, can be said to be the epitome of life, have to claim '' Taiwan country wind ''. Probe into the content that Taiwan praises the song deeply, can find out about its culture and intension contained of folk custom . This ballad that the folk literature published of cultural center of every Taiwanese counties and cities is collected at present of thesis is as the research object, its range includes ten counties and cities , such as garden , Miaoshu , Taizhong , Changhua , cloud and forest , Chiayi , Tainan , Penghu of Yilan , Taibei , peach ,etc., probe into the social cultural intension of praising the song of the south of Fujian Province language of Taiwan and folk custom phenomenon ,etc. mainly. The full text divides into six chapters altogether, chapter one is the introduction, prove research motive and purpose, research range , method , materials collect and punish and study the overview at present, can define the south of Fujian Province language of Taiwan and praise the song and probe into the background factor of praising the song of the south of Fujian Province language of Taiwan . Chapter two the collection that Taiwan develops the biref history and praises the song is put in order, divide the course which Taiwan develops into bright Zheng and have garrison troops or peasants open up wasteland and grow food grain in period , gets a period fully and clearly, rules four stages of ruling period of later stage and Japan to describe , gather the respect in Taiwan ballad , can find out that the sun manages period and there are rich achievements after the war , and understand the south of Fujian Province language ballad of all counties and cities at present and gather the present situation. Chapter three praise the love and marriage in the song in the south of Fujian Province language of Taiwan, divide stage of adoring into , associate love world to praise song stage , emotion is it is it come deep to discuss three stage to become to catch, in order to understand that the love view in the song is praised. The condition , marriage from choose spouse are in establishment, traditional wedding custom of Taiwan, special marriage type attitude and marriage life intension in addition, can detect the marriage view of the traditional society of Taiwan . Chapter four praise the social life in the song in the south of Fujian Province language of Taiwan, the life of various fields of parting the deep work life that discuss and praise of the the song , believing in life , colonizing life and special trade etc. faces. Chapter five the folk literature characteristic of Taiwan and polite formula, speak of the south of Fujian Province language of Taiwan and praise the song and have specialities of the folk literature , such as collective nature , oral instructions , passing on , variability ,etc., and from praise it in the song being seen and similarly at present , sum up and put in order out its polite formula and application of each. Chapter six the conclusion, sum up and issue the south of Fujian Province language of gulf to praise the value with respects , such as folk custom , society , language , literature , education ,etc. of the song.
