- 中文摘要:表演藝術是一門綜合性的藝術，可以滿足人們心靈上對美的追求，同時表演藝術活動也是休閒活動之一，富含著教育意義。表演藝術活動整個過程，需要有表演者與觀賞者一同參與，而表演藝術設施則是提供「平台」，讓表演者與觀賞者同時間在同一空間內共同感受整個表演藝術活動的過程。本研究欲瞭解宜蘭地區表演藝術設施使用者的特性，與使用者對設施用後評價。本研究成果可做為各設施未來軟硬體改善之參考，並可對未來宜蘭地區表演藝術設施之整備政策提供使用者需求之基礎資料。 本研究選定宜蘭地區使用機會較多之五處表演藝術設施做為案例，利用使用者問卷調查，收集使用者特性與其對設施之用後評價意見，再利用統計軟體SPSS進行分析，研究成果如下： 1. 表演者特性：職業型表演者多使用室內專門型設施，業餘者則使用各種設施。超過七成之案例設施使用者來自於宜蘭地區，其中以學校單位表演者占多數。 2. 觀賞者特性：以女性、20-39歲的年輕族群與中壯年族群、學生和軍公教、受過高等教育、宜蘭地區民眾為主。室內型設施觀賞者特性較單純，多為年輕女性及學生，戶外型設施觀賞者年齡層較高，並有較多不同社會階層的民眾參與，顯示多數民眾接觸戶外型設施機會較高。除設治紀念館以台北地區觀賞者占多數外，其餘設施觀賞者的交通時間多在30分鐘內。 3. 表演者對設施用後評價：表演者對專門型設施的滿意度均達滿意，而對非專門型設施的滿意度較低。表演者對設施之演出時間滿意度最高，協助宣傳、相關附屬設施與設備之滿意度較低。表演者對各設施舞台支援人員滿意度之意見差異性最大。表演者對於設施滿意度取決於設施設備完善度，與室內或戶外型無關。 4. 觀賞者對設施用後評價：觀賞者對專門型設施的滿意較高，而對非專門使用型設施滿意度較低。觀賞者對表演內容、票價滿意程度最高，取得活動資訊、設施周邊娛樂設施充足性之滿意度則最低。觀賞者對各設施空間舒適與氣氛滿意度之差異性較大。表演內容是觀賞者最在意的項目，且希望多加強表演資訊宣傳。
- 英文摘要:Performing art is a comprehensive art which can satisfy people’s spiritual desire of beauty and also belong one of the leisure activities with the educational function. During the whole process of a performing art activity, it needs performers to work with audience and provides a stage for them to feel the process of a performance in the same space. The main purpose of this study is to clarify the users’ characters and users’ opinions of the performing art facilities in Yilan area. The result of this study could give advices to the government for improving the performing art facilities and provide the information for having plans in the future. The number of studied cases in this study is five. The research method used in this study is questionnaire. The tool used in data analysis is SPSS. The results of this study show as following. 1. The performers’ characters: Most professional performers use indoor facilities but non-professional performers use all kinds of facilities. Moreover, more than seventy percent of performers in Yilan are members from schools. 2. The audience’s characters: The characters of major audience group included female, 20 to 39 years old, students / government employee, higher education and the citizens of Yilan. Moreover, for the indoor facilities, most of the audience would be young females and students. Compare to that, the audience’s characters of outdoor facilities have not centralize group included all kinds of people. In addition, the traffic time of audience is within thirty minutes, except the audience of the Memorial Hall of Founding of Yilan Administration which have most of audience from Taipei. 3. The post occupancy evaluation of performers: The performers’ evaluation of professional facilities is good but the performers have low satisfaction with the non-professional facilities. Moreover, the performers’ satisfaction with the available time of facilities is the highest but low at the advertising help and the performing technical equipments offered by facilities. It has the biggest gap on the performers’ satisfaction with staff of facilities. The results show that the satisfaction of performers is depended on the perfection of facilities not on the indoor or outdoor. 4. The post occupancy evaluation of audience: The audience’s evaluation of professional facilities is higher than non- professional ones. Moreover, the audience’s satisfaction with both the performing contents and the price of tickets are the highest but low at of getting information of performing activities and the sufficiency of the entertainment facilities. It has the biggest gap on the audience’s satisfaction with comfort of spaces. The results show that audiences most care about is the contents of performing activities and hopes to receive rich information about performing activities.
