- 中文摘要:在「趨吉避凶」的心態下，民宅運用門楣辟邪物以主動積極祈求平安福氣，相對的能避免邪煞惡厲之傷害。將精神與信仰層面的「辟邪」力量加諸於「物」，幫助人們在心理上堅強面對挑戰，所形成的內在心靈空間的精神防衛系統在台灣民俗文化中落地生根，因此本論文以台南縣為研究區域，一探門楣辟邪物的風貌。 辟邪物體系涵蓋範疇廣泛，門楣辟邪物類歸為空間辟邪物，屬於私領域的民宅辟邪物。門楣辟邪物之所以在民宅門楣上出現，有其構成要件有四：時空宇宙觀念、陽宅風水理論、巫術宗教信仰、民俗工藝技術，四者彼此環環相扣，互有影響，是門楣辟邪物得以體現的因素。 台南縣的門楣辟邪物質與量龐複豐富，然而最為普遍的基本型態：八卦、鏡、獸牌、山海鎮，運用於民間歷時已久，各自都有其淵源，而且多與「神話」發展有所關係，逐漸累積出今日之型態。除此之外，尚有牌匾型態與器物型態的門楣辟邪物，選擇民俗慣用的符號、圖案、文字加以組織安排，充分表達出壓制邪穢、迴避邪穢、招福納財三種面向。而且一體成形的門楣辟邪物，不但能單獨個別運用，在台南縣還能發現辟邪物的組合，彷彿要形成強而有力的防護網絡，饒富民俗風趣。 台南縣發展歷史頗早，幾乎可以說是台灣文化開始的起點地，民俗習慣在這塊土地上逐漸累積，必須不斷謀合時代的需求，方能達到豐富多元的程度，呈現出最為當代所接受的型態。目前，在台南縣使用門楣辟邪物的民俗保存，勢必是在一番汰舊換新之後的風貌，欲了解台南縣民宅門楣辟邪物的使用現況，方向有五：門楣辟邪物工藝製作素材與方式、民宅門楣辟邪物設置動機、民宅門楣辟邪物設置儀式、門楣辟邪物與民宅建築之空間關係、門楣辟邪物分布與台南縣境城鄉發展差異之關係。
- 英文摘要:Under the psychology that pursue luck and avoid disater,the residence exorcises evil spirits thing on the Men-Mei with aggressiveiy hoping flat Anfu angry.Therefore, defend the system and take root in the folk custom culture in Taiwan in spirit of the inherent soul space formed, so a thesis on studying Tainan area where the style and features of the Men-Mei to exorcises evil spirits . The exorcises evil spirits on the Men-Mei have four to form important document : Space-time universe idea , open residence omen theory , witchcraft religious belief , folk custom. Exorciseing evil spirits on the Men-Mei of Tainan and their material and quantity are replied abundantly ; the most general basic model attitude: The Eight Diagrams , mirror , beast''s card , Shan Hai Chen have appried for to non-government to last for a long time, each has its origin, and develop the relation to some extent with '' the mythology '' more , accumulates out today''s type attitude gradually. In addition , still the Men-Mei of board type attitude and implements type attitude exorcise evil spirits things, choosing the symbol , pattern , characters with habitual folk custom ,and the tissue is arranged, fully express and suppress evilly and dirtily , avoid paying three kinds of wealth to face evilly and dirtily , employ the luck . At present, the exorcising evil spirits on the Men-Mei in Tainan, the folk custom of the thing is kept, certainly will style and features after something old is eliminated and changed newly, understanding gate lintel , the people of Tainan , exorcise evil spirits present situation of using thing to want, the direction is five: Make the material and way in craft of the thing that exorcises evil spirits on the Men-Mei, motive that the thing is set up whick the people''s gate lintel exorcises evil spirits, the people gate lintel exorcise evil spirits thing set up ceremony , Men-Mei exorcise evil spirits thing and spatial relationship , private residence of building exorcise evil spirits thing distribute with border in urban and rural areas to develop relation of difference
