- 簡介:"Body spindle shaped, female 116μm long, male not seen, shield lobe absent, design with network, median line and admedian lines complete, subparallel, scapular tubercles and setae absent, leg segments normal, the first coxal tubercles and setae absent, empodium divided, 8 rayed. Opisthosoma dorsum with a short median ridge, the lateral seta missing, coverflap with about 4 transverse ridges. Infesting on lower surface of Bauhinia championi, no apparent damage was observed. Distribution at Taiwan (Green island) and Thailand. This species is close to R. carolinensis（Keifer, 1940）.體呈紡棰形，雌性體長約116μm， 雄性未發現，硬皮板前葉缺乏，硬皮板網紋呈室狀，中線、臨中線完整，二者近似平行，背毛瘤及背毛缺乏，足部節正常，第一基節瘤及毛缺乏，羽爪為複形，粗狀，具八裂，後體部背板據一短中脊，側毛缺乏，性蓋具有約四條橫脊，棲息於菊花木（Bauhinia championi）葉背上，無明顯為害症狀，分佈於臺灣。此種與R. carolinensis（Keifer, 1940）相近似。"
