- 中文說明:籃由竹篾編成，底呈四方形，口緣呈圓，籃身較淺，四角由兩根竹片結成提把。籃底編有孔目，上下通氣可漏水。一般菜藍是兩隻成一擔，但本件僅一隻不成擔。本件器物完整。
- 日文說明:竹編みの籠で四方形の底に円い口縁、籠の身丈が浅い。四角の所を二本の竹片で結成して取っ手にしている。底に目穴をつけているので通風よく、水を漏らす。普通野菜籠は二つで一組になっているが、これは一つだけで完備なもの。
- 英文說明:Plaited from bamboo strips, this basket has a rectangular bottom. The lip of the opening is round, and the body of the basket is deep. The four corners are joined by bamboo strips that form handles. The bottom of the basket has holes to provide ventilation and drain water. Most vegetable baskets came in pairs so that they could be carried on a pole, but there were also singletons. The example displayed here is complete.
