- 中文說明:別稱吊規子，為胡琴的一種，清乾隆末葉隨皮黃腔發展而成。採竹製琴桿和琴筒，琴桿置有千金鉤，筒口蒙有蛇皮，再使用馬尾弓拉奏，音色宏亮，是北管西皮派的主奏樂器。
- 日文說明:別称吊規子と云う胡琴〈胡弓〉の一種で、清の乾隆末期皮黄腔と共に発展したもの。竹製の琴桿と琴筒を採用、琴桿には千金鉤があり、筒口を蛇皮で覆い、更に馬尾弓を使って奏する、音色が明るく響き、北管西皮派の主奏楽器である。
- 英文說明:The Beijing erhu, a type of huqin (a general term for certain Chinese two-stringed instruments), was made as pihuangqiang was being developed in the later years of the Qianlong Reign of the Qing Dynasty. The neck and base are both made of bamboo. A hook in the middle of the neck holds down the string, the base is covered with snakeskin, and the strings and bowstring are made of horsehair. The instrument, which resonates when played, is a major instrument in the Xipi School of the Northern Wind Instrument Style.
