- 內容摘要說明： Baro. 30-14. Charming day. Got to Kelung at 3 p.m. Good eve. meeting. On this trip Kap-tsu-lan was in a deplorable condition. Last summer there were four Typhoons such as were never before in 40 years. Fields of Rice stand untouched because worthless. -- Trees and debris are spread over the whole plain. - Fully three miles of rich Rice fields were swept away and now stone cover the entire area. Villages were Swelled to the ground and several threatened with destruction. The sea overflowed at Lam-hong-o. A long Dyke which stood 60 years was destroyed in many places. hearly all the chapels suffered. Tiong-lek At Ai-teng-sia' I noticed the following fruit trees. Viz.
