- 內容摘要說明：As usual busy teaching and writing. Drilled the Students on the Biblical accounts of Babylon and Ararat etc. Went at 5 P.M. around on one of the ponies and Sun-a on the other. Saw the Chinese soldiers drilling according to western drill. What a wonderful difference between them and British Redcoats. The drill Sergeant was in his barefoot and not even standing soldier like. In the eve. all met and we drilled by having four to speak. One on the home of Primeval man' no. two on Babylon the Great' No' 3. On the predictions concerning it by Isaiah and Jeremiah and a fourth Showed how all was fulfilled etc. Sat reading. Terrific Thunder Storm
