- 內容摘要說明：Heavy dew last night. Sky clear. Sun again came out like a ball of fire. Arose early and went into the city to see the stone cutter putting the characters " Jesus Holy Temple" on a stone for the new chapel at Toa-tiu-tia. Many curious persons gathered around the door. Whereupon I began with the name ' Jesus' and spoke for more than an hour the crowd growing larger and larger. Not a few young men siu-tsai B.A stood amongst the crowd. Alas! The stolid indifference to anything concerning everlasting bliss. A large number followed me to the chapel where I gave them to over to one of the students. One lame man was very interesting and asked quite a number of pertinent questions such as if he would believe in the Gospel and got to heaven. Would he be lame there etc.
